	Paul Lever (paull@codetelligence.com) - President Paul serves as the company president and is a co-founder. He has extensive experience in the Embedded Programming industry. Paul was the founder and president of BlueWater Systems, Inc. Growing the company from a one-man shop to world-wide recognition as the leading Windows device driver tools and consulting company. BlueWater  Systems was successfully sold to BSQUARE, Corp. (NASDAQ:BSQR) at the height of the dot-com era. Paul held a number of senior positions at BSQUARE including Chief Technologist for Products and Director of Platform Technology. Paul is a part-time instructor at the University of Washington. There he developed and teaches the course Embedded Programming and Real-Time Operating Systems, an integral part of the Embedded and Real-Time Systems Programming Certificate. Paul holds a number of patents in the embedded systems area (5,944,840, 20020116563). Paul's career has included positions with Hughes Aircraft Company, as member of the technical staff and software supervisor, as well as software manager for FLIR Systems. In addition, Paul has consulted with many key technology companies including: Microsoft, Intel, Rockwell International, Compaq, and Hewlett Packard. He has a Bachelor of Science in Systems Analysis from the University of Miami.  Paul's spare time is spent on his sailboat ( www.jcruiser.org)
	Seung Yi (seungyi@codetelligence.com) Vice President, Chief Technologist Seung applies his extensive hardware and software engineering experience in his position as Chief Technologist.  He is a co-founder of the company. Seung is well known in the industry, previously holding positions at BlueWater Systems, BSQUARE, Data I/O and Delphi Automotive. He has consulted with many high tech companies, including Microsoft, Compaq, Socket, Intel, Integrated Device Technologies, Motorola Semiconductor Group, MIPS Technologies, and Quantum Effect Devices (now a division of PMC Sierra). His deep hardware understanding gives him a remarkable ability to solve problems at the hardware software boundary. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.
