Codetelligence, Inc announced today the availability of CodePalette™ for Windows CE, a knowledge delivery tool enabling embedded software developers to rapidly develop quality device drivers supporting a wide variety of hardware for the Windows CE operating system, versions 5.0 and 4.2. CodePalette for Windows CE incorporates system software knowledge gained through years of embedded device driver development and presents project configuration selections with an easy-to-use code generation Wizard. The Wizard guides the user, step-by-step, in configuring and generating the driver's framework. Automatically generated embedded software elements include power management, driver interface specification, interrupt handling and specific bus interface support. CodePalette generates small footprint and extremely efficient code.
